Jesse Peretz

Jesse Peretz is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, producer, and creator whose breadth of work in Film and TV is as versatile as it is impactful. On the feature film side, Jesse is best known for directing critically acclaimed films such as JULIET, NAKED (starring Rose Byrne, Ethan Hawke, and Chris O’Dowd) and OUR IDIOT BROTHER (starring Paul Rudd, Adam Scott, and Kathryn Hahn). On the TV side, Jesse has a long career of directing pilots and producing hit TV series like Netflix’s GLOW (starring Alison Brie), Hulu’s SHRILL (starring Aidy Bryant), HBO’s GIRLS (starring Lena Dunham and Adam Driver), and other hit series like Amazon’s THE SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY. He was a founding member and bass player of the band The Lemonheads. He directed music videos throughout the ‘90s, including Grammy award winning video LEARN TO FLY for the Foo Fighters.
